Park Seo Joon and Seo Kang Joon are just two of the hottest drama actors in South Korea today. However, a recent list showed the “What Wrong with Secretary Kim” actor winning over the “Are You Human Too” star in terms of online popularity.
Park Seo Joon topped the “most buzzworthy actors” list released by Good Data Corporation. To come up with the said list, Good Data looked at the reactions of netizens as shown in various online blogs or social media platforms. For the week of June 11 until June 17, the actor landed at first place given his role as the narcissistic Young Joon in the tvN series “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim.”
Apart from Park Seo Joon, several of the actor’s co-stars in the “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” were also identified as some of South Korea’s “most buzzworthy actors.” Park Min Young and Lee Tae Hwan landed at second and fourth place, respectively. The “Healer” actress portrays the role of the formidable secretary Mi So in the said tvN drama, while the “W” actor plays Young Joon’s brother Sung Yeon.
Meanwhile, Seo Kang Joon nabbed the third spot in Good Data’s “most buzzworthy actors” list. Portraying dual roles in “Are You Human Too,” the actor plays the human Nam Shin and his robot counterpart Nam Shin III in the said KBS drama. Moreover, the “Entourage” star’s co-star Gong Seung Yeon also landed on the same popularity list at seventh place.
Other South Korean celebrities who made it on Good Data’s list includes Park Hyung Sik and Jang Dong Gun at fifth and sixth place, respectively. The two actors portrayed the lead characters in the recently concluded Korean remake of the US TV series “Suits.” At the bottom three of the list’s top 10 are the “Lawless Lawyer” co-stars Lee Joon Gi and Seo Ye Ji, as well as “Life on Mars” actor Jung Kyung Ho.
